Dr Mushtaque Ahmed has been heading the Department of Basic Sciences and related Studies in Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development, Khairpur Mirs. He acquired his Master Degree in Physics from the institute of Physics, University of Sindh Jamshoro (2002). After having completed his masters degree, he began to serve in various institutes for eight years. In 2016, Dr Mushtaque attained specialization with PhD degree in Material Science and Engineering by Beijing University of Chemical Technology, China. His teaching experience spans over one decade, serving at various colleges, institutes as well as universities. He is equipped with four years research scholar at the universities of Chinese Academy of Science, which is ranked as one of the top research universities across the world. He has ten research papers to his credit, along with impact factor being more than fifty. His research area is carbon nano material and polymer and their composites for different applications.
