  • Office of the Registrar

    The Office of Registrar in a University acts as Principal Office and Secretariat to the Statutory bodies i-e Senate, Syndicate, Academic Council & Selection Board. This office is primarily responsible for Human Resource Management and Administration whereas Academic and Student related matters are dealt by it through assistance from relevant offices. In its role as Principal Office, the Registrar's Office is the custodian of common seal & academic records, maintains a register of graduates, and contacts office between the University and external stakeholders i-e Government departments & community at large.

  • Directorate of Finance

    The directorate of finance is dealing all financial-related matters of the University like conduct Finance and Planning (FPC) meetings, preparation of Budget Estimates, Income/Revenue Generation sources, disbursement of Regular and contractural employees' salaries, disbursement of students stipend, tax matters and so on for smooth working of the University.

  • Directorate of Admissions

    Directorate of Admissions the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development Khairpur Mirs has been established on 20 April 2022. Admission the process has been digitalized to enhance facilitation for the aspirant candidates seeking admission in different qualifications offered by the university including BSc Engineering Technology Program, Diploma of Associate Engineer, and various skill based Courses.

  • Directorate of Planning & Development

    The Directorate of Planning & Development is responsible for the planning and development of the University and shall present the development plans and proposals to the Finance and Planning Committee and other relevant authorities of the University.

  • Library

    The Central library has 18624 books and 2403 titles are in current stock. These books are related to Engineering, Science, and Technology, which is being housed in the Central Library building. A good number of Engineering and Technology Research Journals from the USA and UK and other countries are on current subscription. Local periodicals and journals are also acquired for enhancing the knowledge of students in current affairs and everyday science and technology. All the technical functions of Central Library (cataloging, classification, circulation, accessioning, etc) are automated.

  • ORIC

    The Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization – ORIC has the mandate to promote research and development activities, capitalize commercializable inventions, and enhance innovation in addressing the problems faced by industry and society at large. ORIC extends its strategic and operational support to research and development activities on campus. ORIC at BBSUTSD is continuously striving to equip researchers with the required technical and professional skills for publishing quality research and writing grant-winning research proposals.

  • CDC

    The Career Development Center (CDC) focuses on a range of services including facilitating students and graduating classes in the overall process of self-evaluation, creating awareness about career opportunities, assisting in career profiling and job search, internships placement, increasing the employability, developing strong linkages with industry, financial aids, marketing and outreach, and supporting graduates and alumni in their career progression.

  • QEC

    The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at BBSUTSD) Khairpur Mirs is responsible for enhancing Academic Quality in HEIs and also implements a Quality Assessment Mechanism of Academic Programs, called the Self-Assessment Process, to improve Academic Programs and ensure high Academic Standards by providing feedback for faculty and administration to initiate an action plan for improvement.

  • SFAO

    The Student Financial Aid Office is a section in the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology & Skill Development, established in 2021 mandated to provide financial assistance to the meritorious student of the University through different types of Scholarships and Financial Assistance opportunities.
