In its mission to equip and empower the community with cutting-edge technological knowledge and market-oriented Skill Development, BBSUTSD Khairpur Mirs had a signed MoU with Yunnan Communications, Vocational and Technical College, (YCVTC), China on March 15, 2024. This strategic collaboration aims to provide BBSUTSD students with access to the latest global training methods, industry-recognized qualifications, the opportunity to learn from renowned international instructors, and develop in-demand skills. In a pioneering initiative, BBSUTSD is planning to send a group of approximately 20 Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) students to YCVTC China for the first-ever exchange program. Today, on May 30, 2024, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Rasool Bux Mahar has had a detailed meeting with these aspiring students to discuss the procedures and expected timeline of the first-ever exchange program. The majority of the students are from rural areas of Khairpur and Sukkur districts, coming from very humble backgrounds but with great hopes and ambitions. Dr. Mahar highly appreciated their commitment to pursuing technological education and said BBSUTSD will be facilitating them fully to support their dreams, fulfilling the university's vision of empowering the community. The meeting was also attended by Engr. Mir Sajjad Talpur, Registrar BBUSTSD, Dr. Aftab Ahmed Soomro, Dean FoET, Dr. Sadam Hussain and Engr. Arif Hussain who provided guidance and motivation to the students.
