1. General Eligibility Criteria for Admissions in MS Electronics Engineering Technology Programs
  1. To be eligible for admission to the Master of Science (MS) in Engineering Technology degree program at BBSUTSD, the candidate must possess relevant Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / BS / B.Tech. (Hons.) / B. Tech. (04 years) / BSc with 16 years’ education in Engineering / Technology / Engineering Technology from a HEC recognized Institution with minimum CGPA 2.5 out 4.0.
  2. The candidates who have a relevant bachelor’s degree (16 years’ education) from foreign university, he/she must submit the verified copy of equivalence certificate obtained from HEC Pakistan along with the application form.
  3. The candidates have to produce valid and relevant GRE test score or GAT (General/Subject) test score conducted by National Testing Service (NTS) with minimum 50% score or have to appear and qualify the GAT (General) type test to be conducted by the University with minimum 50% score.

The fees in following heads will be charged per semester/year/once to all the students till the conduct of final viva voce and is changeable as per university policy. However, the semester period of even a single day will be considered as full semester for imposing the semester fees.

* The examination fees will be charged on the basis of courses registered in each semester (all offered course are to be registered). If there are 02 courses in a semester, then the student has to pay Rs. 2,000/, as examination fees. Similarly, if there are 03 courses in a semester, then the student has to pay Rs. 3000/- as examination fees.

** The proposed fees (Library deposit fees & Caution money deposit) will be paid by students during the time of admission while getting admission in 1^st semester of the Coursework.

Note: The fees for MS by Coursework in 4^th semester or after the 4^th semester (if there is any case of re-admission / delay in completion) will only be charged to such students, as per university policy.

* The examination fees will be charged on the basis of courses registered in each semester (it is mandatory for students to register all offered course in a semester). For example: If there are 02 courses in a semester, then the student has to pay Rs. 2,000/, as examination fees. Similarly, if there are 03 courses in a semester, then student has to pay Rs. 3000/- as examination fees. Though in case of registration for Research Proposal in the 3^rd semester, the student has also to pay the fees for processing the research proposal, and meeting the other criterion, as per university policy.

** The fees for conduct of a seminar i.e. Initial Seminar, Final Seminar, Final Viva Voce & Reconduct of any seminar, the student has to pay fees while submitting formal request for arranging any of the seminar/viva voce, after paying required fees for each request (Rs. 2,000/Seminar or viva voce), and meeting the minimum criterion, as per university policy.

*** The fees (Library deposit fees & Caution money deposit) will be paid by students during the time of admission while getting admission in the 1^st semester of the program.

Note-01: The proposed fees for MS by Thesis/Dissertation in 3^rd & 4^th semester or after the 4^th semester (if there is any case of re-admission / delay in completion) will only be charged for the students, as per university policy.
