Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering Technology and Dean, Faculty of Engineering Technology, the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology, and Skill Development (BBSUTSD), Khairpur Mirs, Sindh, Pakistan.

He did Ph.D in Civil Engineering from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah. M.E in Hydraulics & Irrigation from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jamshoro. Dr. Keerio did B.E in Civil Engineering from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering Science and Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah, with 1st class, 1st Position (Silver Medalist). He has more than 20 years of field, teaching, and research experience.

Before joining the Academics, Dr. keerio was Executive Engineer in Water Wing WAPDA and worked in Mega Projects of Irrigation and Drainage Projects like RBOD project Larkana and Neelum-Jhelum Hydro-Power projects, Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir. Dr. Keerio published more than 43 research papers in International Repute Journals and presented more than 25 papers at National and International conferences. Dr. Keerio has supervised 02 PhDs and (02 PhDs are in progress) and more than 12 master’s students. He remained Professor and Head of Department of Civil Engineering in QUEST, Campus Larkana.
