MoU Signing Ceremony: A New Era of Academic Collaboration

Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development (BBS-UTECH), Khairpur Mirs, is proud to announce the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Government Sadiq College Women University (GSCWU), Bahawalpur, held on April 28, 2025.

This strategic partnership aims to strengthen academic collaboration and foster innovation through shared expertise and resources. The key objectives of the MoU include: Joint ventures in teacher education and resource development.
Academic collaboration and faculty engagement across Sindh and Punjab

Co-hosting of research projects, training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives

Exchange of academic materials, publications, and research data

Nomination of subject experts for academic reviews and curriculum enhancement

Promotion of future collaborations in academic events such as conferences and exhibitions


Both institutions have agreed to share intellectual property developed through joint efforts while upholding necessary confidentiality agreements. The MoU is valid for an initial period of three years, with the possibility of renewal upon mutual consent.

The signing ceremony was graced by the esteemed Vice Chancellors: Prof. Dr. Rasool Bux Mahar, Vice Chancellor, BBS-UTECH and Prof. Dr. Shazia Anjum, Vice Chancellor, GSCWU.
